Parts normally ship by sea from India's west coast to Port Klang, Penang or Johor (Pasir Gudang or Tanjung Pelepas), with onward road delivery to your plant. The sea route is relatively short compared with Europe or the Americas. Air freight is available for urgent or lightweight parts. We confirm routing, transit time and export documents with each quotation.
We build to your drawing and can work to the material and manufacturing standards you specify, including Malaysian Standards (MS), ASTM, ASME, API, EN, JIS and ISO. Material test certificates and inspection reports can be supplied on request. If your project needs third-party inspection or a specific approved-vendor listing, tell us at enquiry stage so we can confirm what is possible.
Import duty and sales tax depend on the tariff classification. Some Indian-origin goods may qualify for reduced duty under the ASEAN-India Trade in Goods Agreement if the origin rules are met, which needs a certificate of origin. Yes. Many customers start with a sample lot and then move to repeat orders, and plants often use us for maintenance spares. Minimum quantities depend on the process and tooling, so share the part, material and expected volume and we will advise.
