Drawing and standard compliance. We work to the drawing and the DIN, EN or ISO standards you reference, including material grades and general tolerances such as ISO 2768. If something on the drawing is unclear or unachievable, we raise it before production, not after.
Documentation. Material test certificates (such as EN 10204 3.1 where the mill or foundry issues them), dimensional inspection reports and first article samples can be provided on request.
Compliance. If your parts need REACH or RoHS compliance, tell us at enquiry stage and we will confirm what can be met for the material and finish.
Qualification before series. Start with samples or a pilot lot, approve them, then release series orders. Plant visits and audits at the partner facility can be arranged.
Logistics to Germany. Sea freight to Hamburg or Bremerhaven with onward delivery to your plant, or air freight for urgent lots, with export paperwork handled by us.
